A Little About Me

Those pictures at the top of my page? They were drawn by my daughter – and my family is at the core of everything I do. I became a stay-at-home mom almost a decade ago and my two girls, my husband, my two cats, my dog, and my Disney obsession are what drive me. That, and I really love to write. I love learning about new things, and I like the sense of accomplishment I feel when my clients love my copy. And they do. Plus, let’s face it – the older my kids get, the less they need me. And I need a purpose!

After being raised on a Pirate ship on the Aegean Sea, I was brought ashore to be treated for scurvy. Once on dry land, I discovered that my passion for writing could be transformed into a career with the addition of the internet. Thus, I retired my sea legs and came ashore forever -- becoming a professional writer. I ditched the eye patch, though. I currently write weekly for several content marketing agencies. I'm the type of writer that can efficiently and effectively give you 500 engaging words on just about any topic -- even something as dry as "The Historical Significance of Lint Collecting." I'm your lady!

Educational Background

I have a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington as well as an Associate of Science. My education background has prepared me to understand advanced concepts and research the heck out of anything put in front of me.
